Because preparing for feeding doesn't end with your prenatal visit
Your questions may come up at 2 weeks after our visit, 2 weeks before delivery, or the night before baby arrives. With concierge access, you have an ongoing connection to your lactation provider—not just a scheduled appointment.
Your concierge support provides access between scheduled clinical visits, so you can have guidance, reassurance, and continuity as you prepare for baby's arrival and move into the early postpartum period.
What Concierge Access Includes

Because the best time to build your feeding plan is before you're exhausted and trying to figure it out in the middle of the night.
Prenatal support gives us the opportunity to learn your goals, talk through what to expect, identify potential challenges, and create a plan for those first days—so you feel prepared rather than reactive.
I offer self pay and insurance supported options. the concierge care management fee is paid to me and separately from any clinical visits billed to insurance.

- Personalized lactation support designed to grow with you and your baby—from pregnancy through breastfeeding, pumping, bottles, solids, and weaning.
- Your Concierge Care Includes
- 10 personalized visits — in-home or telehealth
- Monthly 15-minute check-in calls to answer questions and provide ongoing support
- 24/7 messaging access for guidance and reassurance between visits
- Support throughout your journey, including:
- Prenatal preparation
- Breastfeeding and latch
- Pumping and milk supply
- Bottle feeding
- Combination feeding
- Returning to work
- Introduction to solids
- Weaning
- With concierge care, you have consistent, personalized support through each stage of your baby's first year—so you never have to navigate it alone.

- 1 prenatal visit-review your health and history, and provide breastfeeding education
- 1 Follow up prenatal visit check in to be sure you are prepared and answer any follow up questions
- 1 video call or text support after birth within 48hrs of delivery
- 4 In home postpartum visits within service area, if not, office visits are available
- Priority Scheduling- Your visit is pre-reserved, ensuring you receive dedicated lactation support within the first few days after delivery.
- 24/7 support via private chat in between visits until your baby is 8 weeks old
- Support to prevent set backs

- 1 Follow up prenatal visit check in to be sure you are prepared and answer any follow up questions
- 1 video call or text support after birth within 48hrs of delivery
- 4 In home postpartum visits within service area
if outside my area office visits are available
- 4 additional visits either in home or office
- 2 telehealth visits
- Priority Scheduling- Your visit is pre-reserved, ensuring you receive dedicated lactation support within the first few days after delivery.
- 24/7 support via private chat in between visits until your baby is 6 months
- Support to prevent set backs
