As a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I provide private, concierge-level lactation and infant feeding support tailored to your family’s unique needs. My care begins during pregnancy and continues through your entire feeding journey—from before your baby’s first latch to weaning.
This personalized approach allows you to have direct access to a trusted expert, ensuring you feel supported, confident, and empowered every step of the way.

- Support from prenatal visit through 3 months postpartum
- 1 prenatal visit-review your health and history, and provide breastfeeding education
- 1 Follow up prenatal visit to check in to ensure your questions are answered and help you best prepare.
- 1 video call after birth within 48hrs of delivery
- 4 In home or office visits with baby
- Priority Scheduling- Your visit is pre-reserved, ensuring you receive dedicated lactation support within the first few days after delivery.
- 24/7 support via private chat in between visits until your baby is 3 months old
- Access to my VIP Lactation Lounge Monthly Support Group
- Support to best prevent set backs
My care also extends beyond feeding. I provide holistic support that considers the wellbeing of both mother and baby, including guidance on maternal nutrition, herbal and supplement support, homeopathy, and bodywork when appropriate. I also have wonderful partners when refers are needed.

The 2 pack
Two-Visit Lactation Support Package
Designed for families with less urgent needs. The 2 pack is best for families who are doing fairly well, but would like expert lactation support and guidance.
Package Includes:
• Two comprehensive lactation consultations (in-home or office)
visit 1: Address any concerns and create customized plan
visit 2: within 1-2 weeks, we'll revisit our plan and ensure we're on track.
• Individualized feeding assessment and care plan
• Hands-on support with breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle feeding
• Follow-up guidance to help you feel confident moving forward
- Messaging support between appts and 1 week following
This package allows us to address concerns at the initial visit and reconnect for continued support as your baby grows and feeding evolves.

Many insurance plans provide coverage for lactation consultation visits. When eligible, individual visits within your package may be billed to your insurance provider, which may help reduce your overall out-of-pocket investment.
Individual Lactation Visit

In very few situations, you and your baby will benefit from a one off lactation visit. Most situations, need additional follow up appt to be sure you are off on the right track!
These spots are limited. If you are in need of an appt ASAP, please refer to the packages including priority scheduling.
