Amanda Buckel RN IBCLC
Amanda has a passion for supporting new families, whether breast or bottle feeding.
She has been an RN in a high risk level 4 NICU in Indianapolis, for 10years and an IBCLC for 5years. Amanda is wealth of knowledge with her experience working with NICU families. She has been mentoring under me, Stephanie, since Jan 2025 to advance her skills in supporting babies after discharge from the hospital. She has been advancing her skills with oral dysfunction, supply, pump evaluation and more. I officially brought her on as my back up and contractor in June 2025.

Who is Amanda when she is not a lactation consultant?
Amanda is a wife and mom of 2 beautiful babies! She has a 2yr old little girl and 4yr old boy. She lives on the southside of Indy and enjoys spending time with her family!
She breastfed both of her children as long as 2years but definitely not without struggles. Latch issues, tongue tie, low supply, and so much more! This is what drove her passion to learn more!
